MissFresh, founded in 2014, is one of the most well-known online grocery delivery startups in China. It is considering a U.S. initial public offering that could raise at least $500 million. The founders are Bin Zeng and Zheng Xu. MissFresh's biggest competitors in the grocery delivery industry are Nice Tuan and Dingdong Maicai operated by Meituan and Pinduoduo Inc., respectively.

MissFresh Considering US IPO
On the evening of April 7, according to Bloomberg, the fresh food distribution platform backed by Tencent was discussing with consulting agencies about preparing to go public. The IPO may be carried out as early as this year. Although the negotiation is still at the immature stage, the planned financing amount is at least USD 500 million – but might stretch higher, to USD 1 billion.
